FSBO MLS Check List

There are only 4 Steps to complete :

1. Complete the online property information needed

 A valid e-mail address is required to complete the MLS Check List.
We will keep your email address private and never sell them to a third party.

 For your convenience find a link to your County Tax collectors office below. The Tax records information are helpful
and better assist you when completing  your property transaction in your next step.

2. Print the required forms and necessary disclosure

You will need to view, upload and print Adobe and Acrobat reader. To download Adobe and Acrobat Reader click here

3. Complete, Sign and Send as all necessary forms and disclosures

After receiving all required forms, disclosures, payments and photos we will upload your property into the local MLS

4. Send your  payment for  $175

• You can pay Cash
• Send a Money Order
• Credit Card

Receive your For Sale By Owner MLS Listing Package via email by including the information below.
