This program is based on self-representation. We do not represent you the FSBO as in a customary or traditional Broker relationship.

Absolutely NO listing commissions, only a small fee is all you pay to get your FSBO home listed on the local MLS and we include all your property information and all photos on the same  local Realtor® Multiple Listing Service Systems that real estate agents, professional home buyers, real estate companies and other industry insiders use to locate Florida houses for sale.

As a BONUS, your Florida home is also listed on Major Industry Leading Web Sites where national and international motivated buyers go to when searching for a home, Websites such as Realtor.com, Coldwell-banker, REMAX, Prudential and others.

For a small fee, you may fill out our online listing form or you can download all necessary forms and complete from home. When ready you can submit to the Multi Listing Service (MLS) online, via email, Fax or mail.

After receiving all your complete information, we will enter them into the local MLS database. Your property will be instantly available in the MLS after we finished the input. A print out for you will be provided as well. Our turnaround time is after receiving all complete information within 1 business day!

You represent yourself in all matters involving in the sale or rental of your Florida property.  All appointments, negotiations, and offers to purchase/ lease will be done by yourself or by the represent you appointed.  You strictly represent yourself in dealing with all Realtors, Buyer and involved parties.

You may continue to market your property yourself while it is in the local MLS and you may withdraw or cancel your active MLS listing at any time.  Start here your Online listing –OR download all necessary listing forms as needed.
