What is the MLS?
The MLS stands for the Multiple Listing Service. The MLS is a local database of homes for sale by REALTORS®. REALTORS®use the MLS when searching for homes for buyers. Only licensed REALTORS® have access to the actual MLS. However all of the properties in the MLS are automatically uploaded to REALTOR.com®, Homestore.com® and thousands of others for the general public to view.

Who will be able to view my property?
Realtors who have access to the actual local MLS have all of the information about your property. In addition, a brief description and photo of all residential properties in the MLS.

What’s the catch?
There is none, you’re simply paying us for our time putting your property in the local MLS.

What if I want to go with a licensed REALTOR?
